By 2030 Grosvenor will achieve net zero carbon operational emissions from all their directly managed buildings and significantly reduce carbon emissions embodied in their supply chain, development and tenant activity.
Valuing Nature
By 2030 Grosvenor’s standing portfolio and largest development sites will have achieved a significant net biodiversity gain, contributing to local, regional and national conservation priorities.
Eradicating Waste
Grosvenor will eradicate waste from buildings and developments in their control by 2030. By working with their customers and stakeholders, they will eradicate waste from communities where they operate by 2050.
